Ryan Gobin - Founder For nearly two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to keeping New York City’s buildings safe and its skyline strong. As Chief Inspector at the NYC Department of Buildings, I’ve seen the city from the inside out — from foundation work deep underground to the final beam set hundreds of feet in the air.

My work isn’t just about checking boxes on an inspection form. It’s about protecting the people who live, work, and dream in this city. Over the years, I’ve led inspection teams through some of NYC’s most complex projects, worked side by side with architects, engineers, and contractors, and responded to emergencies that demanded quick thinking and steady leadership.

What drives me is knowing that every project I touch — whether it’s a small renovation or a massive high-rise — contributes to the safety and resilience of our city. I bring the same attention to detail, commitment to fairness, and pride in service to every site I visit.
